Almay is not a vegan-friendly brand as some of their products contain animal-derived ingredients such as beeswax, lanolin, and carmine.

Almay is owned by Revlon, a company that is not cruelty-free. Revlon tests on animals when required by law and they also sell their products in mainland China where animal testing is mandatory for all imported cosmetics.
