Is Nexxus Cruelty-Free?
Nexxus is not currently cruelty-free. They sell their products in China, where animal testing is required by law. This means that Nexxus pays for and/or conducts animal testing in order to sell their products in China. However, they are working on reformulating their products to be sold in China without animal testing. We hope that they will soon be certified cruelty-free by one of the major cruelty-free organizations.
Is nexxus Vegan?
Nexxus is not a vegan brand. Some of their products do contain animal-derived ingredients or by-products. However, they do have some vegan-friendly products.
Is nexxus Owned By A Non-Cruelty-Free Parent Company?
Nexxus is owned by L’Oreal, a non-cruelty-free company. L’Oreal is not cruelty-free because they sell their products in China, where animal testing is required by law. This means that L’Oreal pays for and/or conducts animal testing in order to sell their products in China.
